In an exclusive interview with E! News, Health Coach Koya Weber——Who often works with whom Didi, Ashley Judd and fellow celebs share three tips to start your day the right way.
“The number one thing I do and recommend to my community is breathe,” Koya said. “You might be thinking, ‘I’m breathing,’ but no, it’s actually focusing on 10 deep breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.”
A yoga instructor explains why doing breathing exercises in the morning is good for you.
“Some of us wake up with alarm clocks, we wake up with anxiety, we wake up with our phones,” she noted. “Ten deep breaths in the morning will help you feel calm and centered.”
