Of the 28 active mascots, Grizz of the Memphis Grizzlies tops the list, with Bango sixth. Each mascot can achieve a perfect score of 5, with Bango scoring a 3.5.
A basketball jersey worn by NBA legend Kobe Bryant is expected to fetch $7 million at auction. The Los Angeles Lakers star wore it more than 25 times during the 2007-2008 season.
Auction house “Sotheby’s” is auctioning this jersey.
It says Bryant scored more than 600 points wearing it in the only MVP season of his career.
If any bidder paid the predicted amount, it would be the second-highest price ever paid for a basketball jersey.
The Cowboys’ Brett Maher missed four extra-point attempts in Monday night’s NFC wild-card game against the Buccaneers. He converted on the fifth try. Since 1932, he is the first player in NFL history to miss at least three points in a postseason game.
