Fans of Dancing On Ice complained that the show’s twists sent a couple straight home instead of giving them a chance to skate.
Michelle Heaton and her partner Lukasz Różycki became the second couple to be knocked out of the competition as the format changed, canceling the skating competition and seeing the couple combined in judges’ and public votes Lowest score in rating.

The skates were only out for a week and will be back next week — but Heaton looked devastated to hear that she won’t be performing again.
Asked how she felt leaving the ITV1 competition, she said: “Sad.”
“I loved every second of it, I loved what I did there and I’m sorry it was cut short,” she added, as the episode ended.
Viewers were equally unimpressed, with celebrity fan Denise Welch tweeting: “There’s no way Michelle was last!!! Ridiculous!!!”

Others added: “Personally, it’s very unfair that Michelle didn’t come off the skateboard, it just isn’t right.”
Another viewer wrote: “Shocking result, the judges stitched Michelle up with the scores. She was meant to be on a previous series, has struggled to regain her health and is trying to build her confidence. Great job It’s a pity that I don’t even have a chance to save myself.”
Canceling skateboarding was an unpopular decision, with one viewer tweeting: “Sorry I missed something. When did they decide to cancel skateboarding tonight? Why no skateboarding this week?”
Others wrote: “The whole show is a hoax. Why are they ditching the skates? Funny how Michelle happened to be at the bottom that week? I’m pissed. So pissed off for her”
Another exasperated viewer added: “Why not ice skating tonight? Not sure what to think.”
Someone once predicted: “Without skateboards, the minimum score to leave the game, it will be brutal.”
Earlier on the show, judge Oti Mabuse sided with Ekin-Su Culculoglu in a previous controversy over her outfit, saying: “I want you to stay true to yourself because you are such a beautiful young girl. Remember, it’s not A bad thing Sexy is a power we women have.”
