HOLAND, Mich. (Wood) – The New Year starts with a lot of people reassessing their health and trying to achieve some new goals.

Dr Dawn White, of the Holland Hospital Weight Loss Services, said obesity can lead to a wide range of health problems. Exercise and a healthy diet are important for everyone, White said, but there are also medications and surgeries that work for some patients.
