The Bay Area Ice Bears women’s hockey team improved to 15-2 on the season with a 2-1 victory over the Fox City Stars. Julianne Bradford scored a second-quarter lead in a close game.
In basketball, Kimberly and Hortonville parted ways, with the Papermakers narrowly winning the men’s game and the Polar Bears a comfortable 13-point victory in the women’s game.
Elsewhere, Southern Door sophomore Drew Daoust scored 41 points in a 75-72 win over Green Bay NEW Lutheran, while the Freedom girls won their 46th straight divisional game with a second-half knockout at Wrightstown.
