Monterey Park, California (KABC) — The City of Monterey Park wants its residents to know all the resources available for mental health support and counseling as the city continues to recover from the mass shooting that claimed 11 lives.
City officials will hold a news conference Tuesday to detail various resources, including crisis counseling and a mental health hotline.
The city is partnering with Chinatown Services to provide door-to-door service at the Bruggemeyer Library in Monterey Park through February 10.
Additional mental health counselors will be available at the Langley Senior Center until February 3rd.
