Omaha will honor the best of local music, arts and other entertainment on Jan. 29 at the Hough Family Arts and Cultural Center.
This is the first time the Omaha Entertainment and Arts Awards will be presented live since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. The reverse parking lot is $20 or $25.
Zedeka Poindexter and Kerron Stark will host the evening, which includes performances, food (not included in ticket price) and more. Trophies will be awarded to nominees.
Lifetime Achievement Awards will also be presented to Susan Knight, Curly Martin and Cork Ramer. Alex Jochim and BFF Omaha will receive the Culture Stewardship Award. There will also be a memorial section honoring those lost in the local arts scene over the past year.
