AUGUSTA, Maine (WABI) – A public hearing on sports betting took place Tuesday morning in Maine.
The Maine Gambling Control Division will host the meeting at 45 Commerce Drive in Augusta starting at 9 a.m.
There is also a dummy option.
However, those who wish to speak in person will be given the first opportunity.
Items on the agenda include license applications and operating rules, as well as online betting and betting accounts.
Officials have previously said the first permits could be issued as early as April.
