Texas tornado help: Academy Sports + Outdoors provides free water tanks to Pasadena and Deer Park victims after severe weather

Pasadena, Texas (KTRK) — To help Pasadena and Deer Park victims of Tuesday’s tornadoes and severe weather, Academy Sports + Outdoors provided free water tanks on Wednesday.

The video above describes how the Pasadena community was affected by the tornado.

The sporting goods store, located at 4627 East Sam Houston Parkway S., will offer free 24 bottles of water starting at noon while supplies last.

Water is available without purchase, the store said.

People can look for the 18-wheeler trucks parked in front of the store to pick up their free boxes.

The store said the truck was filled with just a few tanks of water to donate to affected communities.
